Added new ability to GROUP Referral Sources (to support pending release of new Marketing & Sales Statistics)

Currently Supported Referal Groupings (system defined and maintained)

General Leads (Default value)
Repeat Customer Leads
Media Advertising Leads
Internet\Website Leads

These groupings will be used in the new Marketing and Sales Statistics Report\Screen (under development ... sample included below for preview purposes only). Screen will be updated upon completion of functionality.

Note: Remodelers Advantage members may be familiar with this new report/screen.

I would like to be able to have another category for "proactive outbound sales calls/cold calls" for the Referral group. Also, another one for "Referral leads". By my review, here are the type of categories we need for "Referral Group"

-Proactive Outbound Sales Calls/Cold Calls **NEW**

-Referrals **NEW**

-Repeat customers

-Media Advertising

-Internet / Website

-General Leads/Other leads
