The Job screen is the central store for everything related to a specific job.
The GENERAL tab displays all the job details.
The DESIGN AGREEMENT tab displays all the Design Agreements created for the current job.
The ESTIMATE tab displays a list of all the estimates created for the current job.
User can perform the following tasks from this tasks from this list:
- ADD new estimate, EDIT or DELETE a specific estimate.
- Make a COPY of specific estimate, with out without adjustments.
The PROPOSAL tab is used to prepare the various elements of the Contract Proposal for presentation to the clients.
Authorized users can perform the following tasks from this tab:
- Select the accepted estimate estimate to be used in the contract proposal.
- Select the payment schedule/items that will specify the various payment stages.
- Preview/Print the contract proposal.
- Accept and finalize the contral proposal.
The PERMIT tab displays all the information pertaining to all Permits and Inspections for the current job.
The CHANGE ORDER/MISC. PROPOSAL tab displays a list of all Change Orders/Misc. Proposal for the current job.
Authorized users can perform the following task from this tab:
- ADD new Change Order/Misc Proposal, EDIT or DELETE existing Change Order/Misc Proposal.
The QUOTE tab displays a list of all vendor quotes for the current job.
The PURCHASE ORDER tab displays a list of all the vendor purchase orders for the current job.
The INVOICE/CREDIT tab displays a list of all Invoices and Credit Memos for the current job.
The PAYMENT tab displays a list of client payments or list of vendor bill payments.
The COMMISSION tab displays a list of all Commission Requests//Payments for the current job. By default, only the sales person will be able to see their commission requests. Users with administrative rights will be able to view, edit and approve all commission records.
Authorized users will be able to perform the following tasks:
- ADD new record, EDIT or DELETE existing record.
The WARRANTY tab displays a list of all Warranty Work and Warranty Check records.
Authorized users will be able to perform the following tasks:
- ADD new record, EDIT or DELETE existing record.
The BUDGET (Job Cost) tab displays a list of all the estimate and actual costs for the current job.
The DOCUMENT tab displays a list of all the documents linked to the current job.
The ACTIVITY tab displays a list of all activities scheduled or performed for the current job.
The SCHEDULING tab displays a list of all the Project Schedules for the current job.
The NOTES tab displays a list of all the Notes for the current job.
The RESOURCES tab displays a list of all entities (clients, sales person, vendors, subcontractors, project managers, etc) involved with the current job.
By clicking on the appropriate columns, users can either view the contact details or send emails to the selected entity.
