ImproveBuild's RBS includes a complete and fully integrated Contact Management feature. This feature will handle all the Company Accounts (Vendors, Subcontractors, Commmercial Clients, Government Entities, Manufacturers, etc) and the Contacts (Client, Company Contacts, or other individuals) that are associated with a business.

The data can be entered into RBS and then pushed to Microsoft Outlook for use with your PDA or Palm Device.

RBS's Contact Management feature captures alot of data. For example, you can track subcontractors insurance certificate dates so you can tell when their insurance has expired. RBS will display a warning message when you try to choose a subcontractor that has an expired insurance certificate.

Along with employee records, you can store hire dates, anniversaries, birthdays and warranty expiration data on any Company Record you enter.
