Other features:

• Track any type of meeting whether they are job related or personal.
• View the calendar by choosing to see a specific employee's schedule or by searching for a specific type of appointment.
• All appointments for a specific date range will be displayed on the bottom half of the screen.
• View the details of any appointment by double clicking to open the record.
• Appointments or Activities can be entered into the Activity Planner by simply double clicking on a date.
• Appointments can be added from the Activity tab of a job to directly link the job with the activity.
