ImproveBuild RBS will retrieve the Xora Time records from the Xora servers using web services.This utility can also be executred manually at any time from within RBS.

The RBS-Xora Integration Utility will be scheduled (using the Task Scheduler on the server) to run  daily to retrieve the time data and store the records in the RBS database. 

This RBS screen provides various hierarchical lists that showing the raw data that was retrieved/collected from the Xora server.  The columns can be rearranged, customized and the data can be printed and exported.

RBS will process the collected raw data and populates the appropriate weekly timesheet for each employee.
