If necessary, the Help Desk staff will send you a link to connect to a Remote Technical Support session.
Alternatively, you can chat with the Help Desk staff in the "Live Response" indicator shows that the Live Response staff is ONLINE.
If "Live Response" is OFFLINE, please submit your request/issue via email and a Help Desk ticket will also be created.
